Yuenyeung Recipe (Hong Kong-Fashion Espresso Milk Tea)

In a small pot, deliver 2½ cups of water and the tea leaves to a rolling boil. Flip the warmth to medium and prepare dinner at a robust simmer till the liquid is darkish and aromatic, about 5 minutes, then take away from the warmth and stir within the evaporated and condensed milks.
